We offer Next-Day UK Delivery on all in-stock taps.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

Yes. Every Loxley boiling water tap comes with a 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering the tap, boiler, and filter housing. Extended warranty options are available.


 5.⁠ ⁠How often do I need to replace the water filter?

Filters typically last 4–6 months, depending on water hardness and usage. We recommend joining our Filter Subscription Service for automatic replacements at the best price.
